At PURE BENI OIL, we want every customer to feel confident and satisfied with their purchase.
If for any reason you are not fully happy with your order, our return policy below explains how returns, refunds and order issues are handled.

1️⃣ Returns Overview

We accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery.

To maintain the highest hygiene and product safety standards, returned items must be:

• unopened
• unused
• in their original packaging
• in resellable condition

2️⃣ Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be returned within 30 days after delivery
• The product must be unopened and unused
• Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Opened or used oils
• Products without original packaging
• Gift cards
• Promotional or final sale items
• Products damaged through misuse or negligence

3️⃣ Return Process

Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Please do not send products back without contacting us first.

4️⃣ Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Refund processing may take 3–10 business days depending on your payment provider

5️⃣ Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your order arrives:

• damaged
• defective
• incomplete
• or incorrect

6️⃣ European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Rights

For customers located within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without justification.

To exercise this right, please contact us at contact@purebenioil.com before sending your return.

Returned items must still meet our return eligibility requirements:

• unused
• unopened
• original packaging

Return shipping costs for EU cooling-off returns are at the customer's expense.

Refunds for EU cooling-off returns will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, to the original payment method.
